This couple moved from California and soon realized that the current furniture that worked so well in their former home was not the right scale, color or style for this new residence. The only future that was determined to remain was the Napa Valley style dining room set. Some new art and custom window treatments significantly changed the feel of the room. The client wanted a soothing understated elegance to their home. The real challenge was the open floor plan which meant how imperative it is that each room absolutely flows from one to the next. The massive Master Bedroom allowed for multiple seating areas that were successfully made into intimate groupings serving different functions. Home Expressions Interiors by Laura Bloom incorporated an array of new accessories with the ones the clients wanted to remain in their home. Custom window treatments and bedding were the final touches throughout the home.
